Balance in a threesome

ménage à trots - threesome

I personally have to confess I sort of like the number 3, it opens up all sorts of possibilities within a relationship. It’s probably hard to really understand until you’ve tried it and the majority of benefits actually exist outside of the bedroom.

Simple things like daily tasks around the home become easier when the load is shared, children benefit from more adult supervision and attention. Generally everything becomes a little easier when the load is spread, this then goes towards generating a more relaxed environment and atmosphere.

I’m not suggesting it’s easy, but when it’s working well, life can becomes less stressful.

I’m actually wondering if an increase to a quad would further improve the situation (not actively looking,  but you never know what the future holds).

I read a very good post about the whole three person relationship and that’s been the driver behind this one.

Of course the sexually side is also discussed and it poses a number of key questions always worth asking and considering in my opinion before taking things to this level

  1. Is everyone into it?
  2. Who gets to do what?
  3. What can we do?

It also makes one very important point about something to avoid if your lucky enough for it to occur.

“Don’t make anyone feel left out”

Below is the opening paragraph of the post, take a look and feel free to leave a comment.

“Three is a weird number. By definition, it’s odd, uneven even (following me?). Two isn’t like that, it’s simple.  1 + 1 = 2, doesn’t get more simple than that unless you’re 1.”
